What does it mean when a dog licks another dog under the chin?

I 'm taking care of someone?? N family' s dogs for the week, but I have only one dog. My dog always seems very aggressive towards other dogs, but seem to get along well. My dog is always trying to lick under the chin of one of the other dogs and that dog doesn 't seem to like it a lot. Is that some type of communication, and if so, does that mean? Also … since I 'VE got her here:) … my dog keeps taking the toys aways that particular dog. If a dog starts playing with a toy alone, or if they start a game of supreme effort, my dog starts to growl and removes the toy. Is that how dogs play normally, or is my dog that is a bit selfish?

How can I keep my dog in the yard without a fence?

I can get a dog, especially if you live outside. I just need a way to keep the yard. I don 't think I can get a fence. Do not get something an electric fence dog. If that is my only choice would consider it, but I don 't like it at all. Tie the dog with a rope. I worry that he would get in it and reached hurt. I really don 't know how much awarness have them.
