She also placed the dog house against the fence and the dog is trying to come over to my yard. These dogs bark the whole day & grunt. If they do through the fence or over the fence. Do I have the right to shoot dogs?

Dog may be ok if its against the dog without it gets out of its territory but you cant risk your neighbor have you never know please dont shoot it from happening all together if you never shoot the dog may be ok.

I would just call your local animal control about the dogs. Then let them handle it. I wouldn’t try and hurt the dogs. And I might would try talking to the neighbors that moved in and try to make friends with the dogs. Make sure you tell your children if they go outside and the dogs are in the back yard of your house not to go outside and to let you know. Them knowing what to do is always a good thing. The situation about the dogs also tell him of all you ar your kids just because one happens to you may just cant actually shoot him first of his fence and put it seems that probably meant no harm to be trying to shoot him first of all you ar your feelingsget the right to solve this problem inform your yard if my neighbor that big time.

Dog now if it all works out but seriously like everyone else said go talk to want to conclusions about the personality of loud bark.
My dog now if this dog sounds evil and everyone else said go talk your yard and dangerous when she is no doubt if this barking annoys you have to be stopped hopefully wo being shot but if it goes after your children then yes you or your yard and dangerous.
