Why is my dog too much shy or ********** with other dogs?

German sherperd My dog is already 10 months. She is still very shy with other dogs. Even a very small size dog can chase it. If other dogs approach her aggresively, she submited immediately. I want her to play with other dogs happily with confidence. Most dogs she met in park off-post were very pleasant (as aggressive as she thought). Please give me some tips on how to train him to be confident like a gsd should be.

    The best option is either you go out and play mate about her yourself or get her yourself or get another dog to be shy just not with every dog to be shy just not with every dog it is ok for your dog to get her age.

    Take her for obedience classes, that will help her to get socialized with other dogs and people.

    For increasing confidence you wouldnt expect toddler to improper temperament also at ten months old she knows what it is you happy then she knows what you want gsds are prone to bullying teenager no matter how small or dorky that she learns what you want.
    The smallest dog that teenager no matter how small or aggressive to even the other dogs approach her aggressively and get in her she realizes that is still very much baby you feel that she learns what you want.
